MODE SEARCH Ltd. in Abu Dhabi partners with a prestigious High Jewellery Maison to recruit a Senior Sales Associate for its The Galleria boutique. You will manage a personal client portfolio, drive High Jewellery plus core collections, and deliver exceptional service to UHNW clients.

You bring a minimum 10 years in luxury retail, an established Abu Dhabi/GCC network, fluent Arabic and English, and a proven sales track record; GIA certification is advantageous. Travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years in luxury retail, fine jewellery or High Jewellery.
• Proven experience with UHNW clients in a luxury boutique.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages advantageous.
• Strong network ideally within Abu Dhabi or wider GCC.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of diamonds and gemstones; travel ready.
• GIA certification advantageous but not essential.
• Valid work permit/visa required.

Responsabilidades

• Build, develop and manage a strong personal client portfolio across local and international clientele.
• Drive sales across High Jewellery and core collections.
• Proactively identify and develop new clients through networking and referrals.
• Leverage existing network while developing new business opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with UHNW clients through personalised service.
• Work with international teams to maximise cross-market opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for client development.
• Demonstrate exceptional presentation, service and product knowledge.
• Develop in-depth understanding of collection, gemstones and diamonds to advise clients.
