Job summary

HRsource is seeking a Regional Merchandising & Retail Operations Manager for a Dubai-based luxury jewellery business. You will drive regional merchandising, oversee stock across boutiques and partners, and work with international product teams to optimize assortment and inventory.

You will analyze sales data, understand boutique client profiles, and partner with regional management to improve commercial performance while ensuring efficient operations and processes across the network.

Qualifications

• At least six to seven years in merchandising or retail operations.
• Experience in international fine jewellery or high jewellery.
• Strong understanding of luxury jewellery retail and assortment management.
• Fluent English and Arabic; regional travel.
• Ability to analyze sales and inventory data and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional merchandising activity and stock across networks.
• Collaborate with retail management and product teams.
• Review sales and stock performance; advise on assortment and replenishment.
• Coordinate product orders and stock levels; optimize inventory use.
• Improve internal processes and support opening of new boutiques.
• Communicate across regional HQ and markets to align priorities.
