Qualifications

• Academic degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant sales experience with leadership responsibility.
• Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, with ability to coach and develop others.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the local sales team in Dubai, setting targets, identifying growth opportunities, and coaching colleagues.
• Act as brand ambassador and represent the brand to clients across the GCC region.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships.
• Build and maintain partnerships with dealers, key accounts, real estate professionals, and architects.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
• Provide visibility of the sales pipeline through CRM forecasting and reporting.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new business potential.
• Attend industry events and strengthen professional connections and market presence.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales support to drive lead generation and initiatives.
• Ensure maximum revenue generation and share of wallet across the region.
