Job summary

GRG International Pty Ltd is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead HR services across the UAE and selected GCC markets. You will ensure compliant, efficient operations, oversee the employee lifecycle, and drive a strong employee experience.

The role requires extensive HR operations expertise, regional experience, and a solid understanding of UAE labour law. You will collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, Legal and Payroll to streamline processes and governance.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of HR experience with strong HR Operations exposure.
• 3+ years in a managerial or regional role.
• Experience covering multiple GCC countries and UAE labour law knowledge.
• Experience with payroll, HR systems, employee relations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations across the UAE and GCC markets.
• Oversee onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding processes.
• Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, leaves and end-of-service processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and GCC labour laws, company policies and audits.
• Support employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Maintain HRIS and provide HR reports and dashboards.
• Oversee visa, work permit and immigration processes with relevant teams.
• Standardise and improve HR processes, SOPs and service delivery.
• Partner with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, Payroll and business leaders across the region.
