Job summary

Graystone Capital is seeking an HR Operations Specialist based in the United Arab Emirates, with full ownership of day-to-day HR operations and direct executive office support to the C-suite (CBO/COTO). The role is in-office in the UAE.

Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee records, visa/contract documentation, payroll administration, and support for probation, promotions, renewals, and exits, along with calendar management and meeting minutes for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–7 years of HR Operations/Generalist or Executive Support experience.
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook skills.
• Knowledge of UAE employment practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, visa/contract documentation, and payroll administration.
• Support probation, promotions, renewals, and exits.
• Provide executive coordination including calendar management, meeting minutes, and action tracking for senior leadership.
