Job summary

GRG, Abu Dhabi-based investment firm, seeks an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the function as a strategic business partner. Based in ADGM, the role reports to the CEO and will drive workforce planning, talent management, organisational development and HR operations.

The ideal candidate has 10–15+ years of strategic HR leadership, is adept at transforming HR into a business enabler, and will ensure compliance, governance and compelling employee experiences within an investment‑driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field; master’s or CIPD preferred.
• 10–15+ years HR leadership experience across strategy and operations.
• Experience advising senior executives in high‑performance, confidential environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment, immigration and compliance requirements.
• Proven capability in talent acquisition, performance, succession, reward, OD and HR operations.
• Experience using HR metrics to influence decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Strategy, executive partnership and governance across HR.
• Develop and manage HR plan, budget and workforce priorities for growth.
• Advise senior leadership on succession, reward, culture and risk.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment standards and performance management.
• Establish leadership development and talent review frameworks.
• Create competitive reward programmes with market benchmarking.
• Oversee end‑to‑end employee experience and data protection.
• Lead HR governance, payroll, immigration, vendor management and reporting.
• Direct and develop the HR team with clear priorities and service standards.
• Foster strong internal/external partnerships and drive change across the business.
