Job summary

Star Services LLC is seeking an experienced HR Operations Officer to manage the day-to-day HR activities in our Dubai-based team. You will work with the HR Manager to ensure efficient HR processes, from recruitment through offboarding, and deliver high-quality services to our employees and clients.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least 3 years of HR ops experience, strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
• Manage the HR database and ensure all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of HR processes, such as payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support in resolving HR-related issues.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees.
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR operations.
