Job summary

EY seeks an HR Operations professional in Dubai to broaden HR experience across the employee lifecycle within the GCC (excl. KSA). You will support the Operations Lead, partner with stakeholders, and drive exceptional service delivery across the organisation.

The role requires 4–5 years in HR operations within a professional services firm or large organisation, a bachelor’s degree in HR, fluency in English, and strong skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. CIPD interest is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• Experience in HR operations within a professional services or large organisation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR operations support across the employee lifecycle within the GCC (excl. KSA).
• Work with the HR Operations Lead and partner with key stakeholders across Service Lines and Shared Services.
• Drive service delivery, timeliness, and quality of HR support.
