Regional Growth Director - Power Solutions in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially strong executive with deep experience in power generation, renewable energy, hybrid systems, microgrids, battery energy storage, and regional business expansion. The role focuses on building growth across multiple markets, securing strategic projects, developing partnerships, leading high‑value negotiations, and driving revenue and profitability for integrated power solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional growth strategy across generators, solar PV, hybrid systems, microgrids, battery energy storage, diesel power, gas power, and off‑grid energy solutions.
- Identify new country opportunities, high‑potential sectors, and scalable commercial models to expand the power solutions business across multiple markets.
- Originate, negotiate, and close major EPC projects, infrastructure contracts, long‑term service agreements, and integrated energy solution deals.
- Build strong commercial relationships with EPC contractors, developers, utilities, investors, government stakeholders, industrial clients, and strategic partners.
- Lead the commercialization of integrated diesel, gas, solar, hybrid, BESS, and distributed energy solutions.
- Own regional revenue, profitability, pricing strategy, business performance, and commercial growth targets.
- Build and lead a high‑performing regional team across sales, engineering, project development, and commercial execution.
- Create market entry plans, partnership models, and customer acquisition strategies that support sustainable business expansion.
- Guide complex negotiations and structure profitable agreements for large industrial, infrastructure, and energy projects.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, energy transition opportunities, and policy changes that affect power solutions demand.
- Drive accountability, execution discipline, and cross‑functional collaboration across regional teams.
- Report business performance, growth pipeline, risk areas, and strategic opportunities to senior leadership.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 15 years of experience in power generation, renewable energy, energy infrastructure, or integrated energy solutions.
- Proven track record of building and scaling regional or multi‑country businesses.
- Strong exposure to generators, solar PV, hybrid power systems, microgrids, off‑grid solutions, or battery energy storage systems.
- Experience leading regional teams and managing business performance across multiple markets.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, develop markets, and close strategic deals.
- Proven success securing large industrial, infrastructure, utility, or energy projects.
- Established network with EPC contractors, developers, utilities, investors, government stakeholders, and industrial clients.
- Ability to own P&L, pricing strategy, revenue growth, and profitability targets.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
