Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of sales experience in the UAE power generation or genset sales and rental market.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience leading a genset sales and rental team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in current or most recent role.

Aufgaben

• Lead the sales and rental strategy for power generation equipment, translating objectives into clear team plans.
• Drive achievement of sales, volume, margin and income-growth targets.
• Coach and develop the sales team, set objectives and monitor performance.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and manage expectations throughout the process.
• Review activity, stock and overdue accounts, and address performance gaps.
• Maintain high standards of customer service across the team.
• Recruit and develop team members and coordinate relevant product and brand training.
• Support Head of Business and senior management with divisional sales initiatives.
