Job summary

Siemens Energy in Dubai seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive the Large and Distributed portfolio growth in Power Generation and Gas Turbine Mechanical Drive. You will cultivate client relationships, identify opportunities, and manage a regional pipeline across MEA, collaborating with GS sales and compression teams.

You will lead bid development, pricing strategy, and market intelligence efforts while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel internationally is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with sales experience in power generation or O&G.
• Minimum 7 years in industrial/Sales with IPPs, utilities or O&G customers.
• Deep understanding of power generation, CHP, O&G processes and rotating equipment.
• Experience with project bidding, pricing strategy, and value-based selling.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth for Large and Distributed portfolio in ME, Power Generation and Gas Turbine Mechanical Drive.
• Develop relationships with clients, identify opportunities, and build a healthy project pipeline.
• Coordinate with GS regional sales, TI CP compression org, and key consultants during bids.
• Analyze markets, set pricing strategies, and support regional sales planning.
• Lead cross-country collaboration, gather market intelligence, and contribute to product development feedback.
