Rondo Energy is seeking a Director of Sales and Business Development for the Middle East, based in Dubai. You will own regional power-sector accounts and lead pursuits from first meeting to close, coordinating with engineering and financing partners.

You will map markets, develop the ecosystem, and drive Rondo’s growth in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and broader Middle East while building a scalable regional strategy.

Formación

• Power sector experience with utility, IPP, developer or OEM, 10+ years.
• Engineering degree required; read diagrams, balances, and dispatch models.
• Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the power sector accounts with utilities, IPPs, developers, and procurers.
• Support flagship industrial and NOC opportunities with workstreams and proposals.
• Win access to decision makers and technical owners across governments and partners.
• Qualify opportunities, drive techno-economic discussions, and shape proposals to close.
• Map tariffs, procurement rounds, and incentives; feed regional strategy with market insights.
• Bring in EPCs, solar IPPs, developers and financiers to advance projects to FID.
