Job summary

Rondo Energy seeks an experienced leader to drive the power sector in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. You will own strategic accounts, build relationships with utilities, IPPs and developers, and advance storage and power generation projects from first contact to close.

You will work with the Senior Director Middle East to expand flagship opportunities, including industrial, NOC, steam cogeneration, and gas turbine replacements, while shaping regional strategy and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Power sector background with utilities, IPPs, or developers.
• Engineering degree required; reading technical diagrams is expected.
• MBA is a plus for business development in the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead power sector accounts across UAE, Saudi Arabia and Oman.
• Own relationships with utilities, IPPs and developers from first meeting to close.
• Shape proposals with engineering team and drive deals to signature.
• Develop regional market strategy and feed a clear regional view to leadership.
