Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai seeks a Sales Manager for its power generation business. You will lead a sales and rental team, drive strategic plans, and deliver targets for volume and margin in a customer-centric environment.

You will guide stock planning, coach staff, and manage key accounts while coordinating with senior leaders on divisional priorities. A strong UAE genset background and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

University degree in any discipline, preferably with a management-related qualification.
Minimum 10 years of sales experience in UAE power generation or genset sales/rental.
Minimum 3 years of managerial experience leading a genset sales/rental team.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in current or most recent role.

Responsibilities

Lead the sales and rental strategy for power generation equipment, translating objectives into clear plans.
Drive achievement of sales, volume, margin and income-growth targets.
Manage, coach and develop the sales team with clear objectives and performance monitoring.
Build and maintain customer relationships while managing expectations throughout the process.
Review activity, stock position and overdue accounts and take action to address gaps.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure requirements are met.
Recruit and develop sales team members and coordinate relevant training.
Support Head of Business and senior management with divisional initiatives.
