Job summary

A global leader in digital security is seeking a Manager for Dubai, UAE. You will act as the primary liaison for PAY Digital customers, leading project teams towards effective service delivery. Responsibilities include managing project delivery, enhancing team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have at least 10 years of experience in people management and a strong background in project management. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in people management.
• Solid knowledge of PMP or other Project Management certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Very good organizational and negotiation skills.
• Strong background in digital payment cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for PAY Digital customers across regions.
• Drive project delivery and manage a team of Project Managers.
• Ensure high Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores.
• Oversee project delivery activities aligning with global best practices.
• Lead monthly project review meetings.
