Job summary

Milele is hiring a Recovery Agent to be on the front line of its Recovery function for car rental and LTO. You will manage traffic fine tracking, follow up on overdue payments, and help keep customers and fleet compliant with UAE regulations — working closely with the Recovery Lead and our Sales, Fleet and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities include updating Dubai Police/RTA data, resolving disputes, sending Amber Alerts, and coordinating with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing in Odoo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, finance, operations or related field.
• 1–3 years in collections, recovery, operations or customer service.
• Experience in car rental, leasing or automotive is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Download and update daily traffic fine details from Dubai Police and RTA websites.
• Review pending and disputed fines, verify records, and follow up with customers.
• Send Amber Alert notifications and reminders for outstanding fines.
• Follow up on overdue rental and LTO payments, escalate as needed.
• Action vehicle blocking/unblocking requests for non-compliant customers.
• Create purchase orders and coordinate with Finance for payments and invoicing in Odoo.
• Maintain up-to-date tracker sheets of fines and payment status.
• Respond to customer queries related to fines and recoveries with professionalism.

About The Role

As a Recovery Agent, you'll be the front line of Milele's Recovery function for our car rental and Leasing-to-Own (LTO) business. You'll manage day-to-day traffic fine tracking, follow up on overdue rental and LTO payments, and help keep our customers and fleet compliant with UAE traffic regulations — working closely with the Recovery Lead and our Sales, Fleet and Finance teams.

What You'll Do

• Download and update daily traffic fine details from the Dubai Police and RTA websites, keeping the master tracker accurate and current
• Review pending and disputed fines, verify records, and follow up with customers to ensure timely clearance
• Send morning and evening Amber Alert notifications and reminders to customers with outstanding fines or dues
• Follow up on overdue rental and LTO payments, escalating unresolved cases to the Recovery Lead as needed
• Action vehicle blocking/unblocking requests for non-compliant customers as directed, communicating clearly throughout
• Create purchase orders and coordinate with Finance to confirm payments received and ensure accurate invoicing in Odoo
• Maintain up-to-date tracker sheets reflecting fine and payment status
• Respond to customer queries related to fines and recoveries with professionalism and urgency

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases at once
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and ERP/tracking systems (Odoo or similar); willing to learn RTA/Dubai Police portals
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu a plus), with a customer-friendly, solution-focused approach
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure with time-sensitive, high-volume tasks
• A team player who takes ownership and follows through on open items

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Operations or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in collections, recovery, operations or customer service — experience in car rental, leasing or automotive is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of UAE traffic procedures is a plus, but full training will be provided
