Job summary

Milele is seeking a Recovery Agent in Dubai to manage traffic fines, overdue payments, and compliance with UAE regulations. You will collaborate with Recovery Lead, Sales, Fleet and Finance to support leasing and rental operations.

Key tasks include tracking fines, resolving disputes, issuing reminders, and ensuring accurate invoicing in Odoo. Strong organizational, communication, and customer-focused skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Operations or related field.
• 1–3 years in collections, recovery, operations or customer service.
• Basic knowledge of UAE traffic procedures is a plus, with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily traffic fine tracking with Dubai Police and RTA portals.
• Review pending and disputed fines, verify records, and follow up with customers for timely clearance.
• Send Amber Alert notifications for outstanding fines or dues.
• Follow up on overdue rental and LTO payments; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with Finance to confirm payments and accurate invoicing in Odoo.
