Job summary

Milele Car Rental in Dubai is seeking a Recovery Agent to join our on-site team. The role focuses on managing overdue accounts, coordinating debt recovery, and ensuring timely collections with professional and respectful interactions.

You will work closely with finance and customer service, prepare recovery performance reports, and strive to improve collection efficiency while upholding policy standards. Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Debt Collection skills, including experience with recovery processes and negotiation of payment plans.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review account data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Finance knowledge to understand billing, account reconciliation, and payment structures.
• Relevant experience in collections, credit control, or a similar role, preferably in automotive, rental, or financial services.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and manage a high volume of cases with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM or collections software and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, reporting systems).
• High level of integrity, resilience, and problem-solving abilities; fluency in English required, Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage overdue accounts and coordinate debt recovery processes.
• Contact customers regarding missed payments and negotiate repayment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of communication and account status.
• Escalate complex cases when needed.
