Job summary

ELITE Property DXB is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to guide and grow a high-performing team of real estate brokers in Dubai. You will drive sales, mentor agents, set targets, and coordinate with the Sales and Leasing Manager to maximise revenue in your designated area.

Experienced managers with an established team are invited to bring their group to ELITE. We offer substantial commission on personal deals, supportive in-house marketing and admin resources, and full visa and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Dubai real estate sales and leasing.
• Experience in managing, motivating and developing a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market.
• Results-driven with strong commercial awareness.
• A valid UAE driver's licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team of real estate brokers to drive sales.
• Set performance targets and monitor team activity.
• Support negotiations and maximise revenue with the Sales and Leasing Manager.
• Mentor brokers and implement growth strategies in the designated area.
• Onboard and train new team members as needed.
