Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Real Estate Off Plan and Secondary markets.
• Proven sales skills including lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals.

• Fluent English; Arabic or Russian a plus; comfortable with CRM and MS Office.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Consultant will advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, ensuring a smooth and compliant transaction process. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting proposals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and regulations. The role involves negotiating offers, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and providing ongoing client support to build long-term relationships. The Real Estate Consultant will also participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and company events to continuously improve skills and contribute to team performance.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Real Estate Off Plan and Secondary, with knowledge of the UAE market and relevant regulations. Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals. Effective Negotiation abilities to secure favourable terms for clients while maintaining professional integrity. Experience in Training or willingness to participate in ongoing learning and development programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are an advantage. Comfort using CRM systems, digital tools, and basic MS Office applications to manage client information and reports. Previous experience in real estate or related sales roles is preferred; relevant certifications or a real estate license are a plus.
