Emerald Estates AE in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Property Consultant to manage sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties. You will advise clients on market conditions, conduct property viewings, generate leads, and negotiate terms while delivering exceptional customer service.

This on-site role requires teamwork to meet sales targets and close contracts, with prior Dubai real estate experience (min 1 year) preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and real estate required (Dubai market preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Must have real estate experience in Dubai (minimum 1 year).
• English speaking; multilingual preferred.

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai United Arab Emirates The Property Consultant will be responsible for managing property sales and leasing advising clients on market conditions and trends conducting property viewings negotiating terms and conditions and providing exceptional customer service The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintaining customer relationships

Qualifications

Sales, Sales, Sales! Consulting and Real Estate skills Good English speaking and multilingual preferred Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IN DUBAI (MIN 1YR+)
