Job summary

Metropolitan Premium Properties in Dubai is seeking a Real Estate Consultant to advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. You will prospect leads, conduct property viewings, prepare proposals, and maintain knowledge of UAE market trends and regulations.

The role entails negotiating offers, coordinating with teams and partners, and delivering ongoing client support to build lasting relationships. On-site duties and training participation are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Real Estate Off Plan and Secondary markets.
• Proven sales skills including lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals.
• Excellent negotiation abilities to secure favourable terms.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Fluent English; Arabic or Russian a plus; comfortable with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and present proposals.
