Role Description

The Real Estate Consultant - Dubai Off-Plan role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The consultant will manage client relationships, present off-plan and investment projects, and guide clients through the full property transaction cycle. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings and presentations, advising on market conditions and investment potential, and negotiating offers between buyers, sellers, and developers. The role involves preparing and maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and staying informed about Dubai real estate regulations, off-plan developments, and market trends. The consultant will also participate in trainings, attend property launches, and contribute to sales targets through proactive follow-up and client service.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, preferably within the Dubai market.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
• Strong Negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms for clients and manage complex transactions.
• Experience in Training or willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Hindi are an advantage.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and standard office software.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and meet performance targets.
• Previous experience in Dubai real estate or sales is preferred.
