Qualifications

• Strong consulting and real estate knowledge with market analysis.

• English proficiency; Arabic or other languages are a plus; comfortable with CRM and digital tools.
• Must be located in Dubai and hold a valid UAE driving license.

Role Description

The Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will identify client needs, conduct property viewings, and provide guidance on residential and commercial sales, leasing, and off-plan investments. Daily tasks include building and managing a client portfolio, preparing and presenting property proposals, negotiating offers, and supporting clients through the transaction process. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high standards of customer service and professional conduct. Property Consultants are expected to meet performance targets while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
