Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Consultant will advise clients on residential property purchases, sales, and investments across key communities, providing data-driven insights on market trends, pricing, and long-term value. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting tailored proposals, and managing negotiations between buyers, sellers, and developers. The role involves maintaining accurate listings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring all transactions comply with local regulations and company standards. The consultant will also nurture ongoing client relationships through regular follow-ups, portfolio reviews, and training clients on market dynamics to support informed decision-making.
