URA HOMES REAL ESTATE L.L.C is seeking an ambitious Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant in Dubai. The role focuses on generating leads, advising clients, conducting viewings and closing residential and off-plan property deals while delivering exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have proven UAE real estate experience, fluency in English, and strong sales, negotiation and relationship management skills to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate.
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including residential, leasing and off-plan properties.
• Proven track record in sales, lead generation, negotiation and closing property transactions.
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a strong advantage.
• UAE driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, social media and company-provided property portals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors.
• Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and off-plan properties in Dubai.
• Understand client's requirements, budgets, and investment objectives and recommend suitable property options.
• Conduct professional property viewings, site visits, and project presentations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors and other industry professionals.
• Negotiate offers and terms professionally to achieve successful transactions.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and clients throughout the sales and leasing process.

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the UAE real estate industry, strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and excellent sales and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating transactions and closing residential and off-plan property deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
