Job summary

Findr DXB is seeking a dynamic Property Consultant to join our Dubai real estate team. You will identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and present residential and commercial properties to drive sales from lead to closure.

You will conduct property viewings, build relationships with buyers and developers, negotiate offers, and maintain a robust CRM-driven sales pipeline while keeping up with Dubai market trends.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in real estate sales/property consultancy, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred.
• Proven experience in property sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• UAE driving license and own car would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities through leads, referrals, networking, and market research.
• Understand clients' property requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties, including off-plan and secondary market properties.
• Conduct property viewings and site visits for prospective buyers.
• Provide clients with accurate information regarding properties, pricing, payment plans, locations, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and developers.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers.
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with developers, property owners, mortgage consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, new launches, developments, pricing, and regulations.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
