The successful candidate will be responsible for managing post-contract duties, including preparing claims and evaluating subcontractor payments, as well as pre-contract duties such as preparing cost estimates and tender documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PlanSwift, and AutoCAD is essential. Immediate joiners will be prioritized, and the position offers a full-time contract with competitive salary.
