Responsibilities

• Ensure that the QA procedures are followed.
• Ensure the quality of service meets all standards.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and conduct road tests ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Assist Service Advisors/Technicians and customers to maintain high standards of delivery.
• Collect information and keep data on work carried out.
• Ensure clean working areas and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Participate in compliance of Health and Safety provisions.
• Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.

Job description

Purpose: To examine the serviced vehicles and ensure that the service provided meets all standards of presentation and quality.

Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Ensure that the QA procedures are followed.
• Ensure the quality of service meets all the standards.
• Carry out vehicle inspection and conduct road test ensuring compliance with agreed performance and quality standards and record the results.
• Assist and advise Service Advisors/Technicians and customers as required ensuring a high standard of delivery on time. Ensure to maintain the Fix it right at first time ratio.
• Collect information and keep data on work carried out as required and keep update with the related Job cards /repair orders.
• Ensure to clean the working areas and assist with the maintenance team for the calibration and service of related equipment in the Workshop. Help out with other related duties within the workshop as required.
• Ensure to take an active part in compliance of Health and Safety provisions.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Workshop Supervisor/Service Manager.
