Role:

Public Relations Officer - MPM

Location:

Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose:

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing the public image and reputation of the company. The PRO ensures effective communication between the company, its clients, stakeholders, and the public, fostering a positive image and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up MPM Government leases and reports with the Government Departments, Municipality, AADC, ADEC, Al Ain court…. etc.
  • Internal Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the organization, keeping employees informed and engaged with the new rules and regulations from authorities such as Municipalities, Utilities Authorities etc.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all public relations activities comply with relevant laws and ethical standards, maintaining transparency and integrity in all communications.
  • Government and Tenant Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for government tenants, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
  • Utility Coordination: Liaise with utility companies, such as electricity and water providers, to ensure uninterrupted service and address any service-related issues.
  • Court and Municipality Relations: Follow up with court and municipal authorities on matters related to property management, including permits, legal issues, and compliance.
  • Property Management Support: Collaborate with the property management team to ensure effective communication and resolution of tenant concerns, lease agreements, and property maintenance issues.
Key Accountabilities of the role
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all public relations activities comply with relevant laws and ethical standards. Maintain transparency and integrity in all communications.
  • Government and Tenant Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for government tenants. Address and resolve their concerns and ensure their needs are met.
  • Utility Coordination: Liaise with utility companies (e.g., electricity, water) to ensure uninterrupted services. Address and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
  • Court and Municipality Relations: Follow up with court and municipal authorities on property management matters. Ensure compliance with permits, legal requirements, and regulatory issues.
  • Property Management Support: Collaborate with the property management team to resolve tenant concerns. Assist with lease agreements, property maintenance issues, and effective communication with tenants.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
  • Diploma certificate
  • Extensive knowledge of property management, experience in Property Management applications, ability to handle special tasks
  • Real Estate Industry background and experience essential.
