Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate IVSC-compliant real estate valuation reports.
2. Conduct valuations for legal lease and development purposes.
3. Collaborate closely with Abu Dhabi courts, developers, and government bodies.
4. Ensure reports meet standards for court and official use.
5. Support cases requiring lease evaluations and cross-emirate property assessments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of real estate valuation experience in the UAE.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Proven track record of court-compliant and government-recognized valuation reports.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with Abu Dhabi courts, developers, or government projects.
• Knowledge of Tawtheeq lease cases and Ejari Dubai properties.
• Certified Real Estate Valuer by the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), Abu Dhabi.
• Abu Dhabi Judicial Department Court-Approved Valuation Expert.
• RICS Membership (MRICS or FRICS) preferred.
• IVSC-compliant valuation training.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or Finance.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• Week off: Friday and Sunday.
• Fixed salary up to 06 AED.
