Asset Living in Dubai is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support senior managers in a multifamily property management setting. You will collect income/expense histories, analyze asset performance, and interface with clients to explain market trends and rent comparables.

The role includes coordinating internal projects, producing regular property reports, and handling resident inquiries at the corporate level, with travel arrangements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing administrative support to assigned senior-level managers.
• Collect and review historical income and expense information for apartment buildings.
• Interface with clients to explain property performance and asset characteristics.
• Gather and analyze market trends and rent comparables.
• Lead and manage various internal projects.
• Prepare accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly property reporting.
• Handle resident calls at the corporate level.
• Coordinate travel, hotel, and rental car arrangements.
