Job summary

Driven Asset Management in Dubai seeks a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, timely maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include tenant screening, lease administration, rent collection, handovers, and producing financial/operational reports for owners. The role requires 3+ years UAE experience, familiarity with EJARI/DLD, and a relevant degree; RERA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience in the UAE.
• Familiarity with EJARI, DLD portal, and Dubai tenancy laws.
• RERA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tenant & Lease Management: screen, onboard, move-in/out, administer leases and renewals.
• Tenant Relations & Customer Service: maintain positive tenant relationships and handle inquiries and complaints.
• Property Operations & Maintenance: conduct inspections, coordinate maintenance, manage contractors and vendors.
• Financial Management & Reporting: assist in budgets, monitor income/expenses, prepare reports for owners.
• Compliance, Risk & Legal Administration: ensure laws/policies compliance and support eviction proceedings.
• Asset Management & Owner Representation: monitor asset performance and provide updates to owners.
