Job summary

Knight Frank LLP in Dubai is seeking a Rental Analyst to support property management services across day-to-day activities. You will coordinate onboarding, register units, prepare Tawtheeq and Ejari contracts, and monitor renewals to enable smooth operations for stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years in leasing support or document control within real estate, with strong English and Arabic communication, and familiarity with local property laws and contractor reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of leasing support & document control experience in construction, engineering, or real estate with large-scale projects.
• Experience in leasing support roles is highly desirable.
• Certification in document control management (e.g., EDMS) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with local and international legal/documentary requirements.
• Fluent in English & Arabic with reading/writing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding new customers and record all details in Salesforce.
• Register new stations and units in the TAMM System.
• Prepare Tawtheeq contracts for each unit after tenant documents.
• Prepare Ejari contracts for each unit after tenant documents.
• Track weekly renewals and provide updates with a renewal tracker.
• Coordinate with HQ to obtain electricity bills for meter transfers.
• Create reports and presentations for contractors when required.
• Manage schedules, meetings, and communications between departments and clients.
• Provide administrative support to Knight Frank and client teams.
• Consolidate monthly KPI reports for approval by the ADD VP.
• Handle contract modifications including unit updates and term changes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations from signing to opening.
• Translate and format Musatahah contracts into Arabic as required.
• Prepare Tender Proposal forms for Rental Committee approval.
• Support data to prepare monthly KPI reports.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as master contracts, non-renewals, terminations.
• Archive NOC requests and tenancy contracts.
• Analyze sales data as required by Rental Sales Manager.
• Ensure renewals, occupancy reports, and databases are accurate.
• Scan/archive Tawtheeq, Ejari, and municipality contracts with related bills.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager on tenant requirements.
• Analyze tenant performance and follow up on payments and other dues to the company.
