Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, or Business or related field.
• Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial modeling to analyze property performance and recommendations.
• Underwrite acquisition targets and prepare analytical reports.
• Review and propose budgets to analyze actuals vs. pro forma.
• Prepare and present materials for new and existing investments.
• Facilitate monthly reporting, forecasting, and projections.
• Value existing real estate assets based on historical operating and financial performance.
• Analyze transactions including cash-on-cash and leveraged/unleveraged returns.
• Compile and interpret due diligence information relating to financial and physical asset performance.
