Qualifications

• At least 3 – 5 years of experience in leasing support & document control.
• Experience in large-scale projects within construction or real estate is essential.
• Familiarity with local and international legal documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding new customers and record all details in Salesforce.
• Prepare new and renew expired Tawtheeq contracts for each unit.
• Track weekly renewals and maintain a renewal tracker.
• Manage schedules and communications between departments and clients.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
