Role Description

The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The individual in this role will advise clients on residential and commercial properties, conduct property viewings, and manage inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, presenting suitable property options, negotiating offers, and supporting clients throughout the sales or leasing process. The Property Consultant will also build and maintain a network of clients, update property listings, stay informed about local market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve performance targets. The role requires consistent professional communication and a client-focused approach to ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to advise clients on property selection, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including clear verbal and written communication and a client-centric mindset.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market.
• Relevant experience in the Dubai real estate market or a similar market is highly beneficial.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
