Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Representative to join the Wynn Rewards team in the UAE. You will greet guests at the rewards desk, enroll new members, process transactions, and promote exclusive experiences. Job description

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Greet and assist guests at the Wynn Rewards desk with professionalism and courtesy

Enroll new members into the Wynn Rewards program and clearly explain benefits

Process member transactions, redemptions, and account updates accurately

Promote current offers, events, and exclusive member experiences

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in Hospitality or Marketing preferred

Minimum 1-2 years of guest service experience, ideally in luxury hospitality or retail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable using CRM systems and basic data entry tools

Fluency in English required, Arabic or other languages a plus
