An established Interior Fitout Company in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee client accounts, manage project execution, and ensure seamless coordination between internal departments. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in interior fit-out, joinery, retail, furniture, or luxury brand shop fitting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key client accounts from initial brief to final installation.
  • Oversee estimating, quoting, prototype presentation, production, and installation processes.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Translate client requirements into internal briefs through formal meetings.
  • Prepare accurate performance reports and present new concepts aligned with brand standards.
  • Participate in design development and pre-production meetings.
  • Create project plans and assign tasks and requirements to relevant departments.
  • Review BOQs, production processes, and cutting lists for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with estimating, production, and logistics teams to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and expedite workflows to address delays.
  • Ensure all work meets client expectations, timeframes, and budgets.
  • Submit invoices and required documentation promptly and accurately.
