Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in interior fit-out execution and extensive site experience to lead projects from award through handover, ensuring technical excellence and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Architecture degree, 5+ years UAE interior fit-out experience, and proficiency in MS Project/AutoCAD; you will coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, monitor progress, and uphold safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years UAE interior fit-out experience.
• Experience managing commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, fixing methods, and materials.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and technical details.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6 (preferred), AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage interior fit-out projects from award to handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, execution strategies.
• Oversee daily site activities and ensure work follows drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and other technical documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the highest standard of workmanship.
• Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings.
