Job summary

Juma Al Majid Holding Group L.L.C. in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager for interior fit-out projects spanning commercial, hospitality, retail and office sectors.

You will oversee the full project management plan, monitor on-site execution, coordinate with clients, contractors and suppliers, and ensure timely handover with quality standards. The role requires 8–12 years UAE/GCC experience and strong technical know-how.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of interior fit-out project experience in UAE/GCC.
• Experience managing high-end commercial, hospitality, retail, residential and office fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out construction methods, materials and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Experience coordinating architectural, MEP and joinery.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office and project management tools.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 / MS Project is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication and project human resources.
• Monitor and supervise on-site execution to ensure timely completion and handover per approved design and quality standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and continuity of business through effective stakeholder management.
• Examine drawings, assess material requirements and approve material requisitions.
• Operate and manage contractual and commercial issues with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Manage enquiries and quoting process and verify technical aspects of vendor quotes.
• Monitor submittals and push for earliest approvals.
• Conduct technical and commercial workshops with project officials, contractors and suppliers.
• Direct planning for production and installation programs.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications, QA/QC and safety on sites.
• Coordinate between clients, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers; negotiate prices.
