Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a Site Engineer to join our team for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing site activities, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring high-quality project execution from commencement through handover.

You will supervise daily site activities, read drawings, coordinate with project managers and inspectors, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in Interior Fit-Out projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, construction methods, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Important Notice: Only candidates with proven Interior Fit-Out experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Ensure works are executed per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor site progress and maintain the highest quality standards.
• Identify and resolve site issues while maintaining project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Coordinate material deliveries and verify installation quality.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support when required.
• Support project close-out activities, inspections and snagging works.
