Job summary

Strato in UAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager for interior fit-out and turnkey project delivery. You will oversee design coordination, procurement, scheduling, and site supervision to ensure luxury spaces are completed on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 5–6 years PM experience in luxury villas, offices, hospitality or retail fit-out, a relevant degree, and proficiency in MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience delivering complete turnkey interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP, civil works, authority approvals, procurement, budgeting, and project delivery.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in interior fit‑out and turnkey project delivery.

• Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month
• Location: UAE
• UAE Driving Licence: Mandatory
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience specifically as a Project Manager
• Proven experience handling complete turnkey fit‑out projects
• Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP, civil works, authority approvals, procurement, budgeting, and project delivery
• Experience in luxury villas, commercial spaces, offices, hospitality, restaurants, and retail fit‑out projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other project management software
• Strong leadership, client coordination, commercial awareness, and problem‑solving skills

This role is strictly for experienced Project Managers and not for Site Engineers looking to transition into a PM role.
