Job summary

Richline Decor LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out Project Manager to lead complex refurbishments from mobilization through handover. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams, ensuring schedule, quality and safety compliance across civil, MEP and joinery works.

The role requires 5–8 years of UAE interior fit-out experience, strong drawing/technical coordination skills, and proven ability to resolve site issues while maintaining

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out works across civil, MEP, joinery and finishing stages.
• 5–8 years of experience in interior fit-out with UAE project exposure.
• Proven ability to manage projects from mobilization to handover.
• Strong drawing/specification interpretation and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and coordination with clients, consultants and teams.
• Fluent English communication and regulatory awareness.
• Valid UAE driving license required.

• Manage and oversee interior fit-out projects from mobilization to handover
• Coordinate with clients consultants subcontractors suppliers and site teams
• Monitor project progress schedule quality and site activities
• Ensure works are completed according to approved drawings specifications and project requirements
• Coordinate with the design MEP joinery and civil teams
• Review drawings and coordinate with the technical team to resolve site issues
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship
• Ensure materials and works are available as per project schedule
• Prepare and follow up on project schedules and daily weekly progress
• Communicate project updates and issues to management and clients
• Ensure proper coordination for inspections approvals and project handover
• Identify potential delays or issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for solutions
• Ensure compliance with health safety and site requirements
• Maintain proper project documentation and records

• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.
• Good English communication skills.
