Job summary

Parisima Talent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fit-out and construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate has a civil engineering or architecture background, at least 10 years of UAE experience, and a track record of delivering projects from planning through to handover.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, review drawings, manage schedules, monitor progress, and ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in project management.
• Experience managing fit-out and construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fit-out and construction projects, within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, quality standards, and compliance with regulations and safety requirements.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Ensure timely procurement, contractor coordination, and project closeout activities.
• Utilize AutoCAD to review, interpret, and coordinate project drawings.
• Drive project performance while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
