Job summary

Fixperts Contracting LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out execution. The role requires extensive site experience and the ability to manage projects from award through handover.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining high workmanship and strict safety standards. UAE driving license and 4+ years of local interior fit-out experience are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years UAE interior fit-out experience (mandatory).
• Experience managing commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of interior finishes, fixing methods, construction methodologies and fit-out materials.
• Excellent project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical details.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Manage interior fit-out projects from award to final handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and execution strategies.
• Oversee daily site activities ensuring works align with drawings, specs, quality standards and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards and company procedures.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, method statements and other technical docs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high workmanship standards.
• Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings.
