Job summary

Juma Al Majid Holding Group in Dubai seeks a Project Manager for interior fit-out projects. You will oversee scope, procurement, design, and production, while supervising site execution to meet quality standards and handover targets.

The role requires 8–12 years in interior fit-out in the UAE/GCC, with strong AutoCAD, MS Office, and Primavera skills. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE/GCC.
• Proven experience managing high-end commercial, hospitality, retail, residential, and office fit-out projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out construction methods, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent understanding of architectural, MEP, and joinery coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, and design.
• Monitor and supervise the project execution on site to ensure timely handover and client satisfaction.
• Examine drawings and approve material requisitions to facilitate timely purchase of appropriate quantities.

• Responsible for the entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, project human
  
• To monitor and supervise the project execution process on site to ensure completion of the job and hand over the projects within specified
  
• timeframes in an organized and cost effective manner, in accordance with the approved design and quality standards so as to meet
  
• customer’s satisfaction and maintain continuity of the business.
  
• Examine drawings, assess the material requirements, approve and submit the material requisition accurately to facilitate purchase of
  
• appropriate quantities of materials.
  
• Operate and manage all the related contractual and commercial issues with clients, contractors and suppliers.
  
• Manage and follow up the enquiries and quoting process and verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from various vendors.
  
• Monitor and do the necessary follow up to ensure the earliest approval of the submittal.
