- Manage the deployment of high-rise specific equipment, including tower cranes, passenger hoists, and placing booms.
- Coordinate the civil-structural interface with the building envelope/façade installation to ensure the building is "sealed" according to the master schedule.
3. The Finishing: Architectural & Civil Works
- Take full ownership of internal civil finishing works: masonry, plaster, screed, tiling, and high-end floor/wall finishes.
- Manage the integration of architectural fit-out elements, ensuring that the "shell and core" are perfectly prepared for luxury installations.
- Lead the Snagging and De-snagging process, ensuring all civil finishes meet the 5-star quality benchmarks required by the client.
- Authorities: Act as the primary lead for all Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) and Abu Dhabi Civil Defense (ADCD) inspections and permits.
- Sustainability: Ensure the project meets Estidama Pearl Rating requirements for civil materials and waste management.
