Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, supervise, and deliver complex construction projects from start to close, coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors and site teams. You will monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality and resources; review drawings and method statements; lead site activities; and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and HSE standards.

A strong background in high-rise projects and licenses is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Not less than 10 years UAE construction experience as Project Manager.
• Experience with high-rise building projects and complex developments.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and authority requirements.
• Strong leadership and coordination on multidisciplinary teams.

Job description

• Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects from commencement to completion.

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

• Monitor project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources to ensure timely completion.

• Review and coordinate drawings, specifications, method statements, material submittals, and technical documents.

• Lead site activities and ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.

• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project and monitor critical activities.

• Review project variations, claims, delays, and additional works.

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and UAE authority regulations.

• Conduct coordination and progress meetings and follow up on pending technical and site issues.

• Manage subcontractor performance, manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources.

• Identify project risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

• Coordinate with commercial and procurement teams to control project costs and procurement requirements.

• Ensure proper project documentation, handover, testing, commissioning, and close-out.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

• Not less than 10 years in UAE Construction experience as Project Manager.

• Strong experience in building/high-rise construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contracts, and project controls.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority requirements.

• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Holder of the following licenses / cards

• - Sharjah Municipality Engineer Card

• - Dubai Municipality Engineer License

• - Dubai Unlimited Floors
