Loba Group in the UAE is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead major high-rise commercial and residential towers across the UAE/GCC. You will own end-to-end execution from foundations to MEP, interiors, and handover, coordinating with multiple stakeholders on complex packages.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in building construction, strong leadership, deep knowledge of high-rise systems, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in building construction with leadership on major high-rise towers.
• Deep knowledge of deep foundations, high-rise structures, facades and MEP.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management; PMP/MCIOB/MRICS preferred.
• Fluency in English and familiarity with GCC authority processes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee high-rise site operations, ensure safety, quality, schedule and budget adherence.
• Lead coordination with consultants, contractors and authorities for permits and approvals.
• Manage project budget, P&L, variations, subcontracts and claims under GCC contracts.

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead major high-rise commercial and residential tower projects across the UAE/GCC. You will take full ownership of end-to-end execution, from structural and facade packages through to high-rise MEP, interior fit-out, commercial control, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Oversee high-rise site operations, vertical logistics, facade systems, and MEP integration while strictly maintaining HSE, quality, schedule, and budget standards.
• Commercial & Contracts: Control project budgets, P&L, variations, subcontracts, and claims under FIDIC and local GCC conditions of contract.
• Authority Approvals: Lead liaisons with local authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA, ADM) to secure all permits and statutory approvals.
• Leadership & Governance: Direct consultants, contractors, and site teams, ensuring clear reporting and effective risk management.

Requirements

• Experience: 15+ years in building construction, with extensive leadership experience on major high-rise towers in the UAE or GCC.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of deep foundations, high-rise concrete/steel structures, facade packages, and high-rise MEP systems.
• Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management (PMP, MCIOB, or MRICS preferred).
• Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation skills, familiarity with GCC authority processes, and fluency in English.
